Yes! During checkout, you can choose delivery to a UPS Access Point. Your parcel will be held there for 10 days from the delivery date.
No, returns and exchanges are only available for online purchases. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to online orders, where it’s not possible to try items before buying.
We produce our garments in limited quantities to support a sustainable production model. Occasionally, for example if fabric is still available, we may restock an item – but this isn’t guaranteed. When restocking is possible, a "Notify Me" button will appear on the product page. Just enter your email to receive an alert as soon as the item is available again.

Our pieces generally fit true to size, but if something runs particularly slim or oversized, we’ll always mention it in the product description – so make sure to read it carefully!
We use Italian sizing. If you're used to another system, our Size Guide includes an easy conversion chart.
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please email us at info@lazzarionline.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. Our team will look into it and arrange a quick replacement and free return.
If your order hasn’t yet been picked up by the courier, we can update the address – just email us at info@lazzarionline.com. If it’s already been shipped, you’ll be able to manage the delivery through the UPS My Choice service.

Because we produce in limited quantities, adding a product to your cart doesn’t reserve it. It may sell out before you complete your order.
We prepare shipments within 48 hours. Only in exceptional cases (such as during sale periods) may it take 3 - 4 working days.
Once shipped, delivery times are:
• 24 - 48 hours for deliveries within Italy
• 2 - 6 working days for international deliveries
Yes, once your return or exchange has been shipped using the shipping label we provided, you will receive a tracking code by email.
No, we don’t restock items during sale periods.
Yes, you can purchase a digital gift card on our online shop, or a gift voucher directly in our stores.
No, we don’t take part in special promotions like Black Friday, but we do offer traditional seasonal sales twice a year.
