Which payment methods are accepted? How long will it take to receive my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery
(Note: For cash on delivery payments, a €5 fee will be added to the total. This option is available for Italy only.)
Shipments are carried out via UPS and are normally processed within 48 hours. Only in exceptional cases (for example, during sale periods) it may take 3-4 business days to prepare the order.
🇮🇹 Italy – Free shipping on orders over €100. A €5 fee applies to smaller orders.
🇪🇺 EU countries – Free shipping on orders over €200. A €10 fee applies to smaller orders.
🌎 Non-EU countries – Free shipping on orders over €230. A €25 fee applies to smaller orders. Customs duties (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.
Shopping on lazzarionline.com is easy and safe. We use the Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) protocol or newer versions to protect all transactions made with credit cards or PayPal. This technology ensures your data remains secure during transfer using a 168-bit encryption key (the highest available).

We usually prepare orders within 48 hours. In rare cases (such as during sales), it may take 3–4 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes:
• 24–48 hours within Italy
• 2–6 business days for international destinations

Yes! During checkout, you can choose delivery to a UPS Access Point. Your parcel will be held there for 10 days from the delivery date.

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking code via email once your order has shipped.

Due to significant customs delays, we currently do not ship to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

🇮🇹 Italy – Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more. For smaller amounts, there's a €5 shipping fee.
🇪🇺 European Union – Shipping is free for orders of €200 or more. For smaller amounts, there's a €10 shipping fee.
🌎 Outside the EU – Shipping is free for orders of €230 or more. For smaller amounts, the shipping fee is €25. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. -
